With 25 years of commercial real estate experience, Stephanie leads Colliers’ industrial platform, especially in providing thought leadership, research and marketing. She brings extensive experience in acquisitions, lease transactions and negotiations, asset management, and development projects.
Before joining Colliers, Stephanie Regional Senior Vice President at Duke Realty Corporation overseeing leasing multi-million-square-foot portfolio in Central and South Florida Prior to her time at Duke, she held progressively more senior roles at Trammell Crow Company and CBRE.
